60-Day Empty-Bottle Guarantee

Tryluvre Toenail Renewal Essence is covered by our 60-day empty-bottle guarantee. If your order is not right for you, email support@tryluvre.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number. Opened, partly used and empty bottles are eligible.

How to start a return or refund

  1. Email us within 60 days of delivery.
  2. We will confirm your order and provide the return address and instructions. Contact us before sending bottles back.
  3. Follow those instructions to return your bottles, even if empty. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days after approval.

The guarantee covers eligible one-time purchases, bottle bundles and subscription deliveries. It applies to each order from its delivery date.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Email support@tryluvre.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Shipping

All US orders ship free, so there is no original US shipping charge to refund. If you paid an original shipping charge on an eligible order, it is refunded alongside the order total. Local import duties or taxes charged by your country are handled by your customs authority.

Subscriptions

You can pause, skip or cancel before your next renewal through your subscription account or by emailing support@tryluvre.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Orders already processed or shipped follow the return policy above.
