Shipping Policy

We ship across the United States. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after that.

Shipping rates
- Flat rate: $4.99 per order
- Free shipping on orders over $50

Order processing
Orders placed before 12 PM EST on a business day usually ship the same or next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the following business day.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Subscriptions
Subscription orders ship automatically at the interval you chose and follow the same processing and delivery times above.

Delays
Occasionally carriers experience delays outside our control (weather, holidays, high volume). If your order seems stuck, email support@tryluvre.com and we'll track it down for you.

Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact support@tryluvre.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
