At Tryluvre, you can order in one of two ways: a one-time purchase or a Subscribe & Save subscription. Please review the terms below so you know exactly how each option is billed before you check out.

One-Time Purchase

A one-time purchase is a single order that is charged once. You pay only for that order, and no recurring billing is set up. You will never be charged again from a one-time purchase — if you want more, you simply place a new order.

Subscribe & Save (Subscription)

When you choose Subscribe & Save at checkout, you are enrolling in a recurring order with automatic, recurring payments. By selecting this option, you agree to the following:

• Automatic delivery & billing: Your product ships and your saved payment method is automatically charged on a recurring basis, matching the supply length of the pack you choose — a 30-day supply (1 Pack) reships every 30 days, a 60-day supply (2 Pack) every 60 days, and a 90-day supply (3 Pack) every 90 days — on the anniversary of your original order.
• Price: Each recurring order is charged at your Subscribe & Save price shown at checkout (your subscription discount applied), plus any applicable tax and shipping.
• Automatic renewal: Your subscription continues automatically until you cancel. There is no fixed end date.
• No commitment & cancel anytime: There is no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date.

How to Skip, Change, or Cancel Your Subscription

You are in full control of your subscription at all times. You can skip a delivery, change how often you receive it, update your payment method, or cancel entirely:

• From your account: Log in to your Tryluvre account and open your subscription to manage or cancel it yourself.
• Contact us: Reach our team through our Contact page and we’ll process your request for you.

To avoid being charged for your next order, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellations apply to all future orders.

Order Confirmation & Reminders

Every time you place an order or your subscription renews, we email you a confirmation showing the amount charged and the date. This gives you a clear record of every transaction on your account.
