Subscription Policy

At tryluvre, our Subscribe & Save program is designed so you never run out of your gummies while saving on every order. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to the terms below. Subscriptions are an auto-renewing (recurring) purchase: you will be charged automatically on a recurring schedule until you cancel.

How it works

  • When you choose Subscribe & Save at checkout, you enroll in a recurring order of the product(s) and delivery frequency you select.
  • You receive 10% off the regular price on every subscription order for as long as your subscription stays active.
  • Your subscription renews automatically at the interval you chose (for example, every 30 days / every month).
  • Shipping (if any) and applicable taxes are calculated at the time of each order.

Billing & auto-renewal

  • Each renewal is charged to the payment method saved on your account on the scheduled billing date.
  • The amount charged is the discounted product price plus any applicable shipping and tax.
  • We send an order confirmation email for every renewal so you always know when you've been billed.
  • If we ever change subscription pricing, we will notify you in advance, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.

Managing, skipping, or pausing your subscription

  • Manage everything anytime from your account (log in → Manage Subscription) or by emailing dnanrefchampions@gmail.com.
  • You can skip an upcoming order, change your delivery frequency, update the quantity, swap products, or update your shipping address and payment method.
  • Changes must be made before your next billing date to apply to that upcoming order.

Cancellation

  • You can cancel anytime — no fees, no penalties, no phone call required.
  • Cancel from your account or by emailing dnanrefchampions@gmail.com.
  • To avoid being charged for your next order, please cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled billing date.
  • Cancelling stops all future orders. It does not automatically refund an order that has already processed — see our Refund Policy and 30-Night Guarantee.

Failed or declined payments

If a renewal payment is declined, we may automatically retry the charge over the following days and will email you so you can update your payment method. If we're unable to collect payment, your subscription may be paused or cancelled until it's resolved.
