How do I track my order?
Your tracking link is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves us. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder, then email us with your order number and we will resend it.
Can I change or cancel an order?
If it has not shipped yet, usually yes. Email us as soon as you can with your order number — the sooner you write, the more likely we can catch it.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
Give it 30 nights. If it has not done what you hoped, write to us and we will take care of it. You do not need to justify yourself.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
You can cancel any time. Use the link in your subscription confirmation email, or write to us and we will handle it from our side.
