Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays. Delivery windows are carrier estimates, not guarantees — weather and peak periods can add a day or two.

We ship to 27 countries outside the US. Rates are calculated live at checkout by USPS or DHL Express, so you can compare speed and cost before you pay.

You will get a confirmation email as soon as you order, and a second email with tracking once your parcel leaves our facility. If the tracking email has not arrived, check your spam folder before getting in touch — that is where it usually is.

Parcel marked delivered but not there? Check with neighbours and around your building first, then give it 24 hours — carriers occasionally scan early. If it still has not appeared, email us and we will sort it out.

If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo and we will replace it. You will not need to return the damaged jar.

Wrong address entered at checkout? Email us straight away. If the order has not shipped we can usually correct it; once it is with the carrier we cannot redirect it.
